Abstract
It has been shown1-5 that the quantum mechanics of microsystems can be based on the objective description of the macroscopic apparatuses that prepare and register the microsystems. In this connection no difficulty arises with the interpretation of quantum mechanics and the interpretation of the so-called “measuring process” The problem of the measuring process is reduced to the very fundamental problem of the statistical mechanics of nonequilibrium processes.
