Abstract

Just as the different types of sexual behavior tend to influence the decision to use contraception as well as the choice of method, all contraceptives affect sexual behavior. Many contradictory conclusions have been made about the subject and particularly about the influence of oral contraceptives. Although there are many scientific papers about the effects of estroprogestins on different metabolisms or on blood circulation, very few serious studies have been done on this problem.
