Abstract

We present phonon vibration behaviour of the mixed crystal Cd_XHg_1-XTe and Cd_1-XMn_XTe investigated with absorption spectra and reflection spectra in wave number region of 10 to 400 cm⁻¹ and temperature region of 4.2 to 300K.
