Abstract
In previous chapters we developed a production theory framework for the analysis of production and productivity growth and linked it to a number of related literatures, including not only the traditional productivity, but also the macro, IO, and efficiency literatures. This framework highlights the linkages between different aspects of productivity that must be unraveled to present a detailed and interpretable picture of the impacts and responses that determine economic performance.
