Abstract
Let me start by thanking Heinrich Hora for his valuable work on international cooperation and in particular for getting all of us together here. Tonight, we are giving awards to three outstanding men from Russia, the United States and Japan. All this is also a great honor to one man present here who comes from Hungary.
