Abstract

Robot-assisted surgery is one of the latest developments in minimally invasive surgery, and the use of robot-assisted colectomy has increased over the past decade. Successful robot-assisted colectomy for patients with colon cancer depends on proper preparation including the operating room setup and a complete understanding of the process of right colectomy with lymphadenectomy.
