Abstract

In austere settings most patients with tumors present late and comprehensive services for treatment are usually lacking. Palliative care is also deficient. Realizing these limitations, this chapter aims to provide guidelines to help make a diagnosis and distinguish those tumors which may be helped from those for which little is possible.
