Abstract
The specificity of the experimental methods necessary for the dynamic characterization of explosives basically depends on two of the properties of the physical phenomena involved: their transitory nature and their destructive character. In fact, the total duration of an experiment rarely exceeds a few microseconds, and the signals collected at the level of the assembly must be transmitted in real time and over a distance of several meters before being recorded in an appropriate shed.
