Abstract
The data is from the survey NSSE-China provided by Tsinghua University. On the perspective of nationality, this study empirically analyzes the sameness and the differences between the students of Han and ethnic groups according kinds of dimensions in college. The finding is that the students of ethnic groups should be improved in grades, motivation and education gains. Administrator in colleges and universities should give full consideration to the construction of ethnic factors and provide meaningful help for the development of ethnic groups.
