Abstract

With the demand in higher quality of life increasing, people begin to put more importance on their own health. This paper makes further research and study on physical exercise and dietary of fat person and human health. They made a large number of surveys to analyzing and comparing obese people in body quality. And then they went through sports training and establish additional strength training, and improve the quality of life, and analyzing the effect of exercise and diet measures. Through diet measures and aerobic training, the fat person health index is researched; we can use data feedback adjustment and the diet custom training content, etc. to achieve the purpose of strengthening the body quality.
