The Person Behind the Syndrome

Abstract

WALKER-WARBURG syndrome comprises liss-encephaly and occipital encephalocele, associated with cerebral midline defects, microphthalmia, congenital glaucoma and other variable ocular abnormalities. The condition, which is lethal in early infancy, is inherited as an autosomal recessive trait.
