Abstract
Last years in ICF is widely investigated current driven implosion of liners as powerful x-ray source. Thus one of basic question is the question on effective transfer of power and energy of pulsed power generator to a load. Therefore it is very important to measure current and voltage in the vicinity of load and then to calculate on base of these data the impedance of a load, and power and energy transferred to a load.
