Abstract
Grain growth in metal oxide powders during isothermal sintering is described by the phenomenological kinetic grain growth equation1:
where are G - average grain size at the time t, G0 — initial grain size, k 0 — constant, Q — activation energy, R — gas constant, T — absolute temperature, t — time and n — kinetic grain growth exponent.
