Abstract
Writing software for a business is hard work. There is no single rule book that outlines which applications to write, how they should be written, how they should interact with each other or how customizable they should be. The answers to all of these concerns are best left to developers on each project, but the examples shown throughout this chapter and Chapter 11 may help you decide the best approach for your project.
