Abstract

Have been investigated thermal parameters of wheat seeds chromatin. Obtained profiles of the eu- and hetero-chromatin differential melting curves from wheat 3-day seedlings. The influences of low-intensively non-thermal coherent electromagnetic irradiation (EMI) in mm-diapason on the conformational state of chromatin compartments have been studied. Shifts in the profile of DMC of the euchromatin fractions are occurred during germination, but treatment seeds by EMI of mm-diapason led to the small changes and in the profile of DMC heterochromatin. The possibility of heterochromatin took part in the replay of organism on the influence of environment by the modulation of nucleoporin basket and change of nuclear membrane permeability are discussed. Have been suggested, that EMI of mm-diapason can influence through change of nuclear membrane permeability.
