Abstract

During the recent past the market, in many commercial fields, has become more competitive and demanding. Many monopolies have been extinct and the privatization process has accelerated. Even the traditional government owned companies, such as the energy supplies, have gone through processes of being opened to the public. These processes limit the potential margin and emphasize the need to achieve a faster and greater return on investment. As a result, the need to obtain and develop means to decrease the operation cost and therefore increase the profit have been enhanced.
