Abstract
The research and development outlined in this monograph was carried out in close collaboration with industry and a wide range of products were tested (for feedback visit the Web site). The case studies which follow demonstrate the industrial potential of this methodology; the first one deals with the assembly planning of an evaporative humidifier as shown in Fig. 7.1 and the second one deals with the costing of a moulding tool.
