Zusammenfassung
Im Kindesalter ist das Gehirn die häufigste Lokalisation solider Tumoren. Die Inzidenz der Summe aller Hirntumoren pro 100 000 Kinder/Jahr ist 2,7, die Hälfte davon sind Astrozytome niedriggradiger Malignität. Der häufigste Grad-IV-Tumor ist das Medulloblastom (Tabelle 1).
