Zusammenfassung

Extranodale Lymphome außerhalb der in den vorhergehenden Kapiteln genannten Organe oder Organsysteme (Magen-Darm-Trakt, Haut) sind nicht selten. Zu unterscheiden sind dabei jeweils primäre, von dem entsprechenden Organ ausgehende Lymphome und der sekundäre Befall eines Organs bei einem generalisierten Non-Hodgkin-Lymphom (NHL). Während strenggenommen ein sicher extranodales NHL nur im Stadium I diagnostiziert werden darf (bei gleichzeitigem Lymphknotenbefall kann nicht entschieden werden, welche Manifestation zuerst vorhanden war), werden klinisch überwiegend solche Lymphome als primär extranodal klassifiziert, bei denen die extranodale Manifestation von seiten der Tumormasse und der klinischen Symptomatik gegenüber dem nodalen Befall dominiert (Zucca 1997). Nach dieser Definition wird auch im Folgenden verfahren.
