Zusammenfassung

Epidemiologische Studien belegen, dass Suchterkrankungen bei Patienten mit anderen psychiatrischen Störungen, vor allem bei Patienten mit Psychosen, gehäuft vorkommen. Diese Komorbidität mit Suchterkrankungen erschwert Verlauf und Behandlung der Patienten. Eine integrative Therapie beider Störungen durch einen Therapeuten oder ein Therapeutenteam ist erforderlich.
