The composition and content of the main biologically active substances (iridoids, flavonoids, hydroxycinnamic acids) of motherwort herb and related preparations were determined using HPLC-UV/MS. The antiradical activity of motherwort raw material and preparations was evaluated in an in vitro DPPH test. The obtained results showed that these methods could be used to evaluate the authenticity and quality of motherwort herb in addition to drugs, extracts, and food supplements based on it.
