Zusammenfassung
Hintergrund
Abstract
Background
Emergency ultrasound (EUS) is a relatively new strategic approach to examination. EUS is used in a direct clinical context and represents an extension of the physical examination.
Methods
Evaluation of the current literature.
Results and conclusion
Firstly, the curriculum and elements of the courses were jointly agreed upon within German-speaking countries. The systems are adapted to the disciplines concerned with emergency medicine in the different counties, thus forming the basis for widespread clinical application in areas of acute medicine.
