Clavicular osteotomy in shoulder arthroplasty

Summary

We present an approach to the shoulder which is easily performed, offers unrivalled exposure for the accurate placement of prostheses or reconstruction of complicated fractures and is easily closed. We have used this approach since 1977 and report our results in 128 patients.

Nous présentons une voie d'abord de l'épaule d'exécution facile, donnant un excellent accès pour le positionnement exact des prothèses et la reconstruction des fractures complexes, et de fermeture facile. Nous avons utilisé cette voie d'abord depuis 1977 et nous présentons nos résultats à propos de 128 cas.
