Abstract
The growth OfRhizoctonia solani in different carbohydrates was studied. The rate of growth of the fungus was traced by taking the dry weights of mycelia obtained from the carbohydrate medium at regular intervals and shifts in the pH were recorded. Different carbohydrate sources had different effects on the growth of the organism. The exoenzymes from the organism were capable of cleaving carbohydrates irrespective of whether the fungus grew in them or not.
Abstract
Byl studován růstRhizoctonia solani v prostředí různých cukrů. Rychlost růstu byla určována v pravidelných intervalech podle suché váhy mycelia. Byl rovněž sledován posun pH média během růstu houby. Různé cukerné zdroje mají rozdílný vliv na růst. Exoenzymy houby byly schopny štěpit cukry bez ohledu na jejich přitomnost v médiu, ve kterém houba rostla.

Изучался роетRhizoclonia solani Kühn. В среде с разными сахарами. Скоростъ Роста определяласъ в определснные интервалы времени по сухому весу миделия. Отмечалея также едвиг рн среды в процессе роета гриба. Разные источники сахаров оказывают Разное влияние на роет. Экзоэнзимы грибов обладают способнстыо расщеплятъ Сахара несмотря на их присутствие в среде, в которой гриб рос.
