Abstract
It is an honour to be participating in these centenary celebrations for E. C.G Stueckelberg, one of the authentic geniuses of 20th century physics, whose visionary contributions to quantum electrodynamics, S-matrix theory and the renormalization group are still insufficiently appreciated.1
1 Talk given at the Symposium “E. C. G. Stueckelberg (1905–1984), Symposium for the Centenary of his Birth”, Geneva University, 2nd–3rd December 2005.
