针刺配合祖师麻膏药外敷治疗膝骨关节炎120例临床观察

Abstract: 目的:观察祖师麻膏药外敷配合针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采取随机对照方法将我科2012年1月~2013年10月就诊的240例膝骨关节炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各120例,两组均给予运动和生活指导,口服双氯芬酸钠25 mg,硫酸氨基葡萄糖2粒,2次/d,同时治疗组加用祖师麻膏药外敷配合针刺治疗。结果:治疗组在疼痛缓解、关节功能改善方面均优于对照组。结论:祖师麻膏药外敷配合针刺治疗膝骨关节炎具有疗效显著、操作简单、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广。
