장애인식개선교육 강사의 교수효능감과 장애인권감수성 관련 요인 분석

본 연구는 장애인식개선교육 강사의 교수효능감과 장애인권감수성 관련요인을 분석하고, 강사의 역량 제고를 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 장애인식개선교육 강사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 수집된 251명의 자료를 활용하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인식개선교육 강사의 교수효능감과 장애인권감수성 수준은 보통(3.0)보다는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로, 제도적 변인 중 강사자격 취득기관은 강사의 교수효능감과 장애인권감수성에 공통적으로 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 강의경험은 교수효능감에 긍정적으로 작용하였으며, 장애관련 근무경험은 장애인권감수성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 개인배경 변인 중 가계소득과 최종학력은 강사의 교수효능감과 관련이 있고, 가족 내 장애인 여부는 강사의 장애인권감수성과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 강사자격 취득기관에 따른 교수효능감과 장애인권감수성의 수준차 해소와 양성된 강사의 전문성 제고를 위한 제도적 보완 및 지원방안을 모색할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.

This study aims to analysis the factors affecting the teaching efficacy and the sensitivity to rights of persons with disabilities of instructors for improving disability awareness. With the purpose, the study performed multiple regression analysis with data collected from 251 instructors. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, it was found that the teaching efficacy level and the sensitivity to rights of persons with disabilities of the instructors were higher than median value(3.0). Next, among the institutional variables, it was found that the institutions which qualified the instructor, the instructor’s teaching experience, work experiences related to the persons with disabilities had a positive effect on the instructor’s the teaching efficacy and the sensitivity to rights of persons with disabilities. Lastly, among the variables of personal background, it was found that the presence of a person with disabilities in the family, household income, and final educational background were related to instructor’s the teaching efficacy and the sensitivity to rights of persons with disabilities. Based on these results, this study suggested that it is necessary to seek institutional supplementation and support for resolving the gap in instructor’s competency and enhancing the professionalism of trained instructors.
