I read nurse Jan Moutrey’s article on ‘mutuals’ with interest (Reflections August 27). She says that mutually owned community interest companies (CICs) or social enterprises (SEs) run along the lines of the partnership model of retailer John Lewis can lead to the delivery of better quality patient care.
