前臂骨间膜损伤的研究进展

Abstract: ＜正＞前臂骨间膜损伤在临床上相对少见,常伴随着Essex-Lopresti损伤出现,其发生率不足桡骨小头骨折的1%[1],这也可能与早期大部分患者被误诊和漏诊有关[2]。前臂骨间膜损伤常见于交通事故和高处坠落等高能量损伤中,受伤机制主要为前臂过伸时受到纵向暴力引起,暴力由腕关节向近端传递过程中引起前臂骨间膜撕裂,同时导致远端尺桡关节损伤和桡骨小头骨折[3]。前臂骨间膜、桡骨小头和远端尺桡关节共同参与维持
