USB-C介面之I2C訊號分析錯誤檢測方法研究與改進

摘要


PD(Power Delivery,快速充電)技術逐漸成為近來電子產品的標準配備,本論文針對PD晶片裡面I2C(Inter-Integrated Circuit,積體匯流排電路)訊號的錯誤檢測方式提出以軟體方法代替人工提升效率。透過數學分析軟體MATLAB(Matrix Laboratory)從標準的I2C訊號與未知的I2C輸入訊號中找尋其相關性大小,並繪製成圖形,一方面能從量化的數據觀察最大值與平均值之間的規律性,另一方面能從圖形直接的觀察其差異性,並且能使兩者結果相互印證。

PD (Power Delivery) technology has gradually become the standard equipment of recent electronic products. This paper proposes to use software methods instead of manual methods to improve efficiency for the failure inspection of I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit) signals in PD chips. Through the mathematical analysis software MATLAB, find the correlation between the standard I2C signal and the unknown I2C input signal, and draw it into a graph. The regularity between the maximum value and the average value can be observed from the quantified data, on the other hand the difference can be directly observed from the graph, and the results of both can be confirmed to each other.
