對於學生參與學校社團以及對往後職場上的影響已有許多文獻提及,但極少有文獻提及個人背景對於學生參與社團的影響以及不同屬性社團間對於學生往後在勞動市場上的影響差異,本論文以台灣教育長期追蹤資料庫後續調查(TEPS-B)的長期追蹤資料來做分析。實證結果表明個人背景因素中,性別、父母教育、以及居住地,對於學生是否參與某社團上較具有影響力,而不同屬性社團對於學生在勞動市場上也有不同的結果,以就業情形而言,參與過學會性質的學生,在畢業後就業率相對較高,而學生參與社團後,其就業的勞動市場薪資也有相對較為優異的表現。
The influences of students participate in school community on labor market has been mentioned in many references, but very few literatures discuss about the different personal background of student to choose the school community and the difference of students choosing different properties of school community on labor market. In this study, we use Taiwan Education Panel Survey to analyze. The empirical results show that in personal background factors, gender、educational level of parents and living place have influence on weather students participate in school community or not. In terms of the employment situation, students who have participated in the school community have a relatively high employment rate after graduation, and students who have participated in the school community have a relatively excellent performance of salary in the labor market.
