台商在大陸服務業市場策略與績效影響因素之分析

摘要


近年來,在大陸發展的台商呈現回流狀態,且大部分從事餐飲業的台商,生存的週期至多三年,大部分比較小型的台資餐飲企業都會面臨資金不足等情況,但即便是具有一定資產的連鎖台資企業也都面臨產業縮減的局面。因此,本研究將要探究台商進駐大陸市場所需要具備的影響因素,並且通過案例分析來了解台資餐飲企業在大陸市場發展的必要因素。通過區位、企業外部顧客關係、員工福利、企業文化、行銷模式以及供應商等六大因素對企業經營績效影響進行命題,目的希望為已進入與計畫進入大陸市場的台商提供借鑑。本研究通過職位類別的篩選,從A企業以及B企業中的員工各挑選5位員工,共10名受訪者,並在2020年3月至2020年4月分別進行訪談,並通過10位受訪者的受訪內容進行分析,本研究的結果如下: 一、區位因素對企業經營績效具有部分影響。 二、外部顧客關係因素對企業經營績效具有正向影響。 三、員工福利因素對企業經營績效具有部分影響。 四、企業文化因素對企業經營績效具有部分影響。 五、行銷模式因素對企業經營績效具有正向影響。 六、供應商因素對企業經營績效具有部分影響。

In recent years, Taiwanese Firms developing on the mainland have shown a return status, and most of the Taiwanese Firms engaged in the catering industry have a life cycle of at most three years. Taiwan-funded chain enterprises with certain assets are also facing a situation of industry shrinkage. Therefore, this study will explore the influencing factors that Taiwanese Firms need to enter the mainland market, and through the case analysis to understand the necessary factors for the development of Taiwanese restaurant companies in the mainland market. The six major factors including location, external customer relations, employee welfare, corporate culture, marketing model, and suppliers are used to make propositions on the impact of business performance. The purpose is to provide reference for Taiwanese Firms who have entered and plan to enter the mainland market. In this study, through the selection of job categories, 5 employees were selected from the employees in Company A and Company B, a total of 10 respondents, and interviews were conducted from March 2020 to April 2020. The contents of the interviews were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The location factors of the enterprise has a partial impact on business performance. 2.The external customer relationship factors of the company have a positive impact on business performance. 3.The employee welfare factors of the company have a partial impact on business performance. 4.The corporate culture factors have a partial impact on business performance. 5.The marketing model factors have a positive impact on business performance. 6.The supplier factors has a partial impact on business performance.
