多成分吸收塔導航系統建立

隨著工廠各種條件的變化，現場人員需要調整操作條件使產品符合生產規格，但現階段現場人員還是透過經驗進行調整，在這個過程中，造成了不必要的能源浪費，若有操作導引系統可以提供客觀的數據預測，可以減少因現場人為因素造成不當操作的問題。本研究之目標是在Excel-VBA平台上建立含板效率之蒸餾塔平衡模型，這個模型可作為導引系統的基礎，程式是撰寫適用於包含二甲基乙酰胺、乙酸、3-甲基吡啶、甘油、水與氮氣等成分之多組成塔。

According to the change of the operation conditions of a plant, operators must to adjust the operating conditions to meet product specifications, however, the wasting of energy could due to inappropriate operations. There force, a good navigation system could reduce the energy consumption. The objective of this study is to develop an equilibrium model of the distillation column on Excel-VBA platform with tray efficiency. The model can be used as the basis of a navigation system, the model was coded for the multi-component column containing components such as Dimethylacetamide, Acetic acid, 3-Methylpyridine, Glycerin, Water and Nitrogen.
