金銀花與蝶豆花水萃取液對人類纖維母細胞Hs68生長之效果

摘要


金銀花(Lonicera japonica Thunb)是屬於忍冬科(Caprifoliaceae) 忍冬屬 (Lonicera)的草本植物,研究表明,金銀花具有抗氧化作用。   蝶豆花(Clitoria ternatea )俗稱蝴蝶豌豆(Butterfly pea),是屬於豆科(Fabaceae)植物物種,亦有抗氧化作用。   本論文旨在研究金銀花與蝶豆花水萃取物對Hs68細胞的生長效果,同時研究經過紫外線照射後產生自由基是否有抗氧化的能力。

Lonicera japonica Thunb , is an herbaceous plant of Caprifoliaceae family. Previous studies have demonstrated that Lonicera japonica has antioxidative activities. Clitoria ternatea, commonly known as butterfly pea, is a plant species belonging to the family Fabaceae and also has antioxidant effects. The purpose of this thesis is to study the growth effect of Lonicera japonica Thunb and Clitoria ternatea water extract on Hs68 cells, and to research whether the free radicals produced by ultraviolet light have anti-oxidation ability.
