知識分享、個人創造力與工作績效-以中央研究院為例

摘要


中央研究院為我國最高之學術研究機關,除了培養高階學術研究人才外,亦以國家長期的基礎學術發展為考量,將研究能量轉化為社會進步的原動力,並扮演政策建議的角色,為國家提供專業建言。本研究以中央研究院為例,探討知識分享與個人創造力對工作績效的影響。 本研究採問卷調查法,運用迴歸分析進行實證分析,實證結果顯示,知識分享與個人創造力有顯著正向影響;個人創造力對工作績效有顯著正向影響;且知識分享對工作績效有顯著正向影響。因此身為我國最高學術研究機構,常藉由資訊科技或系統作為學術研究機構推動知識管理或分享活動之主要促動因素。但「組織成員本身的知識分享行為」更是現階段應重視及實行的活動。

As the highest institution for academic research in Taiwan, in addition to cultivating advanced academic research talents, Academia Sinica also takes the national long-term basic academic development into consideration, converts the research energy into the motive power of social progress, and plays the role of policy advisor, so as to provide professional suggestions for the State. Taking Academia Sinica as an example, this study explored the effects of knowledge sharing and individual creativity on job performance. In this study, questionnaire survey method and regression analysis were used for empirical analysis. The empirical results show that knowledge sharing and individual creativity have significantly positive effects, meaning both individual creativity and knowledge sharing have the significantly positive effects on job performance. Hence, as the highest institution for academic research in Taiwan, Academia Sinica always uses information technology or systems as the main motivation factor to drive knowledge management or share activities. However, the activity of “knowledge sharing behaviors of organization members” should be greatly valued and implemented at this stage.
