Problems of declining birth and aging are essential problems that Taiwan is facing. From the beginning of the Republic of China in 107 years, it has entered the era of massive retirement of baby boomers which causes the greatest risk in long-term care. The next decade from now is even more important time in Taiwan to solve the risking situation. If the risk planning is prepared, the demand of long-term care can become another domestic demand in Taiwan, and the health care system will be more robust, so that Taiwan will be free from these problems and difficulties in the social environment. The cooperation of government departments, commercial departments and welfare departments can create good planning in risk, so that Taiwan's predicament is no longer a predicament, and it can become another way for Taiwan to develop and then drive economic momentum. Through this research, I will provide people with long-term care insurance plans, so that the long-sighted issue will be taken seriously, and then help protect the family and protect Taiwan.
