史特靈製冷機再生器之震盪流測試

Experimental study of the oscillating flow for Stirling Cooler Regenerator

摘要


本研究為設計尺寸直徑5 mm、長45 mm之史特靈製冷機再生器,以不鏽鋼網目200、300、400 Mesh填充,探討再生器內部不同孔隙結構,比較其效能優劣。藉由設計出的實驗平台進行量測,規劃壓力降測試以及溫度測試。 目前完成之工作項目為,不鏽鋼網裁切刀模製具、鋼網填塞器以及不鏽鋼網裁切。再生器震盪流實驗平台之設計、繪圖、分圖與發包製作。本實驗選用比熱20.789 (J/mol•K)、傳導係數0.1513 (W/m•K)之氦氣為工作流體,並預計加壓至25 atm。

We designed the regenerator of Sterling cryocooler with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 45 mm. Different mesh structures inside the regenerator were investigated and the performances of the regenerator in each condition was compared. The experimental platform is designed for analysing and doing pressure drop test and temperature test. At present, the completed work instruments for experiment are: stainless steel mesh cutting tool, steel mesh filler and stainless steel mesh cutting tool. The design, drawing, subdivision and packet production of the regenerator oscillatory flow experimental platform is done sucsessfully. Helium gas with specific heat of 20.789 (J/mol•K) and conductivity of 0.1513 (W/m•K) was selected as the working fluid and was pressurized to 25 atm.
