"宗瑋工業"是利用射出成型生產塑膠產品的公司,有了這一年在產業界實習的經驗,使本人更能與學校所學的理論知識結合。本技術報告分為三個部分:第一部分是實習的前五個月,本人任職於品管部門。要了解公司的運作必須先認識公司的塑膠產品,針對塑件的結構、外觀、量測技巧、從產品的外觀與結構可以分析產品經過射出成型製程時可能產生的缺陷。第二部分是實習的後七個月,因為在品管部門針對產品的生產製造程序已經熟悉,故將本人從品管部門調換到模具部門學習產品製造的上游設計端、模具內部結構、模流分析與模具設計端的結合。第三部分則是在模具部門實習的同時,學習了傳統水路與異型水路製造方式的不同與其差異性。傳統水路的製造方式是以人工鑽孔搭配鑲入配件製造而成;異型水路的製造方式是以金屬3D列印機列印製造模仁,以雷射激光燒結使金屬粉末熔融凝固並層層疊加而成,模仁中的水路能設計成任意形式。之後以不改變原有模座水路進出口位置的前提下,針對傳統水路與異型水路的差異,搭配Moldex3D模流分析軟體,來比較CT8850工具把手產品經過射出成型製程後,產品的冷卻結果與翹曲變形。其中冷卻時間的減少會伴隨著總製程時間的降低、模溫差與產品冷卻後溫度的降低、產品翹曲變形量的改善等等,會是異型水路優於傳統水路的地方。有了異型水路的運用,讓宗瑋邁向模具工業4.0,創造節能減碳新趨勢。
GDI, plastic manufactured by injection molding. This technical report separated into three parts: The first part, the first five months, I served as a quality control staff, to learn the structure of products and the measuring skills, also the defects of products during injection molding process. The second part, the last seven months, I was exchanged from quality control department to molding department to study the structure of the mold, also the relationships between Moldex3D and mold design. The last part, the differences between normal cooling channel and 3D printed cooling channel. Normal cooling channel is made by artificial drilling with some inserts, 3D printed cooling channel is manufactured by metal 3D printer. We used Moldex3D software to analyze the cooling efficiency and warping tendency during these cooling systems. By using 3D printed cooling channel, we can increase the cooling efficiency and the quantities of products. The most important is GDI pursues the molding industry 4.0, creating the trends of energy saving and carbon reduction.
