公立國民小學實施自我領導力教育之個案研究—以民義國小為例

摘要


我國12年國教之課程發展基於全人教育的精神,以自發、互動及共好為理念;成就每一個孩子—適性揚才、終身學習為願景。而源起於美國的「自我領導力教育」與我國12年國教之願景極為相符,其宗旨為教導學生21世紀所需的領導力和生活技能,並以每個學生都能夠成為領導者的觀念,締造一種可賦予學生能力的文化。在國外有眾多成功的案例顯示自我領導力教育能改善校園風氣、提升學生學業表現;國內於2013年由沛德國際教育機構引進,2016年保長國小取得國內第一所燈塔學校認證,因此受到教育界矚目,其在國內相關研究屬於初萌階段。基於此,本研究以創新推廣理論分析個案推行歷程,瞭解個案學校自我領導力教育實施情況,以提供欲推廣之學校參考。本研究透過個案研究的方式進行,主要以半結構式訪談蒐集6名個案成員的觀點與經驗,並輔以非參與型觀察及相關文件分析。本研究之結果(一)個案學校的自我領導力教育推行過程經歷「議題設定」、「配對」、「重構/再發明」,正處於邁向「清楚闡述」及「常規化」階段。(二)成功導入的關鍵在於教師的認同、凝聚高度共識、決策方式與推廣者的努力。(三)民義國小實施自我領導力教育歷程中,主要面臨時間不足、教材文化差異、家長參與度低等困境,並採取相關因應策略解決。(四)實施自我領導力教育能轉變師生思維並改善校園風氣。

The 12-year compulsory education of Taiwan is based on the spirit of the holistic education. It is based on the concept of taking the initiative, engaging the public, and seeking the common good, for achievement of every child—talent development and lifelong learning. The "The Leader in Me" originated in the United States is very much in line with the vision of Taiwan's 12-year compulsory education. Its purpose is to teach students the leadership and life skills required in the 21st century, and the concept that every student can become a leader, and to create a culture that empowers students. There are many successful cases abroad, which show that “The Leader in Me” can improve the campus culture and improve students' academic performance. In 2013, the company was introduced by Paradigm Education Co., Ltd. In 2016, Baochang Elementary School achieved the certification of the first beacon school in Taiwan, and this theme has thus attracted the attention of education. This related research in Taiwan belongs to the initial stage. Therefore, this study uses innovative diffusion theory to analyze the implementation of the case, to understand the implementation of “The Leader in Me” in case, and provide a reference to schools that wish to promote. This study was conducted through case studies. It mainly used semi-structured interviews to collect opinions and experiences of six members, supplemented by non-participating observations and analysis of relevant documents. The results of this study indicate that: 1. In this case of “The Leader in Me” process of implementation experience the “Agenda Setting”, “Matching”, “Redefining/Restructuring”, and this process is developing “Clarifying” and “Routinizing”. 2. The key factor for successful introduction in this case is teachers' approval of the program , teachers have a high degree of consensus on “The Leader in Me” , the decision method, and the promoter's efforts. 3. In the implementation process of Minyi public elementary school's "The Leader in Me", The main difficulty is the lack of time, cultural differences in textbooks and parents' participation is low, etc. and they have taken relevant actions to solve the problem. 4. Implementing "The Leader in Me" can change the thinking of teachers and students and improve the atmosphere of campus.
