結合手機與高效率電源供應開關器研製

Realization Study of High Efficiency Power Supply Switch Combined with Mobile Phones

摘要


本論文主要為研製可結合手機與高效率電源供應開關控制器,電源電路控制採用PFC(功率因數校正)加LLC半橋諧振架構,輸出整流電路採用同步整流方式,功率開關具有零電壓與零電流切換功能,以降低切換損失來提高整體效率。 本論文首先探討電路架構之特性,介紹電路工作原理及設計方式過程,並實際製作一台輸入90V~264VAC,輸出150W可結合手機之高效率電源供應開關控制器,來驗證實際之電路特性,其整體效率特性可符合歐美各國的能源法案要求 ,系統整體四點平均效率大於89%以上的要求規範,實際測試效率達到 92%以上,滿載時可達到 94%的效率表現。

In this thesis, the architecture combined with PFC and LLC half-bridge is applied to control the power circuit. To reduce the power consumption of the switching device, we adopt synchronous rectification and LLC half-bridge to control the power switch. The power switch has the property with zero-voltage and zero-current switching functions. Firstly, the characteristics and design method are discussed, and then we develop a switch controller of high-efficiency power supply, which can provide 150W between 90 and 264 VAC. The developed controller conforms the verification of energy bill requirements in European and American. The experimental results show that our system obtains the test efficiency between 92% and 94%.
