HRV無線家庭健康管理系統

Wireless HRV for Home Health Care System

摘要


近年來,有鑑於非侵入性與操作簡單的特性,HRV(Heart Rate Variability)已被廣泛應用於臨床診斷與治療,然而,HRV呈現效能的優劣與否,電力與資料傳輸是相當重要的因素。因此,本論文主要目的在於透過低耗功率無線設計有效擷取HRV資訊,達到長期的健康監控與管理。系統設計部分,使用HRV模組透過微處理器,將資料傳送到無線IC,經過系統判讀後,做到即時監控及資料異常的警告。再者,對於每種係數依照日期狀態的分類,分析使用者影響HRV係數的生活行為模式,達到疾病預防與健康管理的目的。 經測試實驗証實,此無線傳輸HRV資訊並且省電的方式,已可達到長期監控的目的,並且評估選用對人體比較無害的天線,達到真正可以實現在人體長期監控的裝置。

In recent years, HRV (Hear Rate Variability) has been widely applied in the clinical therapy and treatment due to its noninvasive and easy implementation characteristics. However the amount of power consumption in the HRV device and the Proper data transmission mode play an important role in the determination of the effectiveness of the HRV device. In this report it considers an effective way to retrieve HRV information through wireless transmission with low power consumption and it has the goal of attaining a long term health monitoring and management. Briefly for the system considered, the data of HRV module output form the micro controller is transmitted to the wireless communication integrated circuit through the micro- controller antenna system then at the receiving terminal after the received data is properly detected it makes real time monitoring and warning if an abnormal result incurs. Furthermore the system will classify every HRV relevant parameter according to its daily status, analyze user’s life behavior patterns that may affect HRV parameters so that to accomplish the task of disease prevention and health management. From test results it reveals that it is feasible to convey HRV information through wireless transmission to accomplish the monitoring task with an efficient energy transmission fashion, it also evaluates and recommends a proper antenna system that has the minimum affect on human body to complete the goal of long term human health monitoring
