Preduslovi organizacione posvećenosti zapošljenih u bankarskom sektoru u Pakistanu

Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se ispita povezanost faktora kao što su poslovno okruženje, bezbednost na radnom mestu, zadovoljstvo poslom i učešće u odlučivanju, sa organizacionom posvećenošću zaposlenih, koji rade u bankarskom sektoru Pakistana. Izvršeno je anketiranje 215 zapošljenih na pozicijama menadžmenta i ostalim upravljačkim pozicijama. Analiza dobijenih rezultata je pokazala pozitivnu korelaciju između zavisnih i nezavisnih varijabli. Relacija između sigurnosti radnog mesta i organizacione posvećenosti je bila najznačajnija, što indicira da sigurno radno mesto može dati veću posvećenost zapošljenog. Radno okruženje je takođe imalo značajnu relaciju sa organizacionom posvećenošću, što pokazuje da zdravo i prijateljsko radno okruženje može poboljšati posvećenost zapošljenog prema radu i organizaciji. Zadovoljstvo platom i učešće u procesima odlučivanja ima nisku korelaciju sa posvećenošću. Godine starosti i vreme provedeno u organizaciji imaju uticaja na posvećenost zapošljenih, viša posvećenost je izražena kod starijih radnika sa više radnog iskustva. S druge strane, pol ispitanika nije uticao na stepen posvećenosti organizaciji.
