Dealership Performance Evaluation in Supply Chain with DEMATEL and ELECTRE Methods

Supply chain collaboration is important to perform supply chain activities smoothly and gain a general supply chain success. In this study, we consider the importance of dealership performance evaluation in a supply chain. The dealers have a critical role in a supply chain since they have a direct relationship with the final customers. From this point of view, dealership performance evaluation is one of the important activities in supply chain management. The DEMATEL (Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory) method is used to determine the importance level and the causal relationship between key performance indicators (KPIs) to be used in dealership performance measurement. Thus, it has been determined which criteria should be given importance in improving dealership performance. In addition, a model has been developed for dealership performance evaluation using the ELECTRE method.

Tedarik zincirindeki faaliyetlerin sonsuz bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebilmesi ve genel tedarik zinciri başarısı için tedarik zinciri içerisinde yer alan firmalar arasındaki işbirliği sağlanması önemlidir. Bu çalışmada, bayi performans değerlendirmesinin tedarik zinciri başarısı için önemi ele alınmıştır. Tedarik zincirinde rekabet avantajı elde edebilmek için son müşteriler ile iletişimi en yoğun olan tedarik zinciri elemanı bayilerin performans ölçümünün önemi vurgulanarak bayi performans ölçümünde kullanılacak olan anahtar performans göstergeleri (KPI)’ ların belirlenmesi için DEMATEL (Decision making trial and evoluation laboratory) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntem sayesinde performans kriterleri arasındaki etki ve sonuç ilişkileri tanımlanmıştır. Bu sayede bayi performansının iyileştirilmesinde hangi kriterlere önem verilmesi gerektiği belirlenmiştir. ELECTRE yöntemi kullanılarak bayi performans değerlendirmesi için bir model geliştirilmiştir.
