УРОВЕНЬ МЕТАБОЛИТОВ ОКСИДА АЗОТА В КРОВИ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ХРОНИЧЕСКИМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ ОРГАНОВ ДЫХАНИЯ

Изучен уровень метаболитов оксида азота в крови пациентов с бронхиальной астмой, хронической обструктивной болезнью легких и их сочетанной патологией. Установлено, что при БА, ХОБЛ и их сочетанном течении повышение содержание оксида азота происходит в равной степени и пропорционально уровню тяжести заболевания. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о едином принципе регуляции нитроксидергической системы при развитии хронических заболеваний респираторной системы.

The level of nitric oxide metabolites in the blood of patients with bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their associated pathology was studied. It has been established that in BA, COPD and their combined course, the increase in the content of nitric oxide occurs equally and in proportion to the severity of the disease. The obtained data testify to the uniform principle of regulation of the nitroxidergic system in the development of chronic diseases of the respiratory system.
