Description

This repository contains code and data for *A multiscale computational framework for the development of spines in molluscan shells*, currently under review.

Spine curve code: code for the creation of a library of spine shapes with respect to {g1,g2} pairs. 

Exploration code: code for the exploration of the parameter space using a Quality-Diversity algorithm as well as the look up of parameter sets corresponding to specific {g1, g2} pairs.

For the purpose of reproducibility, data generated by the algorithms and shown in the paper are also included, as well as the notebooks producing the relevant figures.
