Глобальний, регіональний та національний виміри російсько-української війни

Постановка проблеми. Поява потреби у більш точному визначенні глобальних, регіональних і національних вимірів теперішньої російсько-української війни та їх систематизації пов'язана зі зростанням міжнародного інтересу до російсько-українського конфлікту та його впливу на світову політику та геополітичну ситуацію. Їх уточнення може мати важливе значення для розуміння подій в Україні та їх впливу на регіональну безпеку та стабільність, бути корисними для розробки стратегій та політик відносно цього конфлікту, як на національному, так і на міжнародному рівнях. Метою статті є визначення основних складових глобального, регіонального та національного виміру російсько-української війни. Використані такі методи: міждисциплінарний підхід – для розуміння різних вимірів конфлікту та його впливу на різні сфери життя під час війни; критичний аналіз – для розуміння викликів, що постають у процесі розв'язання конфлікту; ретроспективний аналіз – для вивчення причин і наслідків триваючої російсько-української війни та прийняття заходів запобігання аналогічних ситуацій у майбутньому; концептуальний аналіз – для дослідження різних поглядів і підходів пошуку шляхів врегулювання конфлікту та подальшого відродження України. Результати. Визначено глобальний вимір російсько-української війни, зокрема, ознаки, форми, прояви та елементи глобального виміру війни, зміст глобального виміру війни для України та можливості розв'язання війни між росією та україною; небезпека глобального виміру війни для України та особливості війни між росією та Україною; шляхи запобігання небезпеки поширення глобального виміру війни для України та наслідки воєнного конфлікту між росією та Україною. визначено регіональний вимір російсько-української війни, зокрема, регіональні конфлікти, що мали місце в Україні, сутність та небезпека регіонального виміру війни для України, шляхи запобігання небезпеці регіонального виміру війни для України. визначено національний вимір російсько-української війни, особливості та ознаки національного виміру війни, дій Україні під час війни, розглянуті питання, як Україні перемогти росію у війні та як Україна може відродитись після війни. Висновки. Показано, що глобальний вимір війни для України полягає в загрозі територіальній цілісності та суверенітету держави, а також загрозі міжнародній безпеці та стабільності. Небезпека глобального виміру війни для України полягає в загрозі національній безпеці та територіальній цілісності держави. Небезпека поширення глобального виміру війни для України запобігається розвитком дипломатичних зусиль, забезпеченням безпеки на кордонах, національним єднанням та готовністю населення до небезпек війни, вдосконаленням системи національної безпеки та оборони. Показано, що наслідки воєнного конфлікту між росією та Україною мають країновий та регіональний вимір. Російсько-українська війна є важливим елементом регіональної безпеки та стабільності. Україна була свідком кількох регіональних конфліктів, які мають важливе значення для місцевих жителів та міжнародної спільноти. Регіональний вимір війни для України полягає в тому, що конфлікти відбуваються на її території та в її прилеглих регіонах, спричиняють гуманітарну кризу та порушують права людини. Запобігання небезпеці регіонального виміру війни для України можливе прийняттям комплексу заходів забезпечення миру та стабільності на території країни та її прилеглих регіонах. Показано, що національний вимір війни включає в себе різні аспекти національної ідентичності та інтересів країни, включаючи культурні, соціальні, економічні та політичні фактори. Під час війни успішна їй протидія та захист національних інтересів України вимагає комплексної стратегії, яка включає в себе не тільки військову, але й дипломатичну, економічну та соціальну складові. Щоб Україна перемогла росію у війні, вона повинна змінити свою стратегію та підвищити ефективність військової діяльності. Для відродження України після завершення війни Україна повинна зосередитись на реконструкції та відновленні економіки, соціальної та політичної стабільності.

Problem statement. The emergence of the need for a more precise definition of the global, regional, and national dimensions of the current Russian-Ukrainian war and its systematization is connected with the growing international interest in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and its impact on world politics and the geopolitical situation. Their clarification may be important for understanding the events in Ukraine and their impact on regional security and may stability and be useful for the development of strategies and policies on this conflict, both at the national and international levels. The purpose of this article is to determine the main components of the global, regional, and national dimensions of the Russian-Ukrainian war. The following methods are used: an interdisciplinary approach – to understand the various dimensions of the conflict and its impact on various spheres of life during the war; critical analysis – to understand the challenges that arise in the process of conflict resolution; retrospective analysis - to study the causes and consequences of the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war and take measures to prevent similar situations in the future; conceptual analysis – for the study of different views and approaches to finding ways to resolve the conflict and the further revival of Ukraine. Results. The global dimension of the Russian-Ukrainian war is determined, in particular, by the signs, forms, manifestations, and elements of the worldwide size of the war, the content of the global dimension of the war for Ukraine and the possibility of resolving the war between Russia and Ukraine. Prevention of the danger of the regional dimension of the war for Ukraine is possible by adopting a set of measures to ensure peace and stability on the territory of the country and its adjacent regions. It is shown that the national dimension of war includes various aspects of a country's national identity and interests, including cultural, social, economic and political factors. During the war, successful opposition to it and protection of Ukraine's national interests requires a comprehensive strategy that includes not only military, but also diplomatic, economic, and social components. for Ukraine to defeat Russia in the war, it must change its strategy and increase the effectiveness of its military activities. To revive Ukraine after the end of the war, Ukraine must focus on the reconstruction and restoration of the economy, and social and political stability.
