County Records (n = 5): Chisago, Hennepin, and Olmsted.

Collection Dates: 3–24 July.

Minnesota Hosts: Unspecified in collection records. Larval hosts recorded as Acer sp., Alnus incana, Amelanchier arborea, Celastrus scandens L. (Celastraceae), Juglans nigra, Pinus sp., Prunus virginiana L., Quercus bicolor Willd., Rhus glabra L., and Vitis sp. Adults also on Acer saccharum, A. platanoides, Cornus racemosa, Crataegus sp., Fraxinus americana, F. pennsylvanica, Gleditsia triacanthos, Pinus strobus, Populus tremuloides, and Quercus velutina.

Collection Method: All specimens collected as C. fumipennis prey.
