Description

This dataset includes in situ bio-optical and biogeochemical data collected from Lake Balaton, Hungary during July 1st – July 5th, 2019 within the framework of Horizon 2020 MONOCLE project.

Specifically, the following parameters are provided in the dataset:

  • Chlorophyll-a concentration (Chl-a)
  • Total Suspended Matter concentration (TSM)
  • Absorption of Coloured Dissolved Organic Matters (CDOM)
  • Turbidity
  • Remote-sensing reflectance (Rrs) from TriOS
  • Subsurface irradiance reflectance (R0-) from WISP
  • Particulate absorption coefficient (apd)
  • Particulate scattering coefficient (bp)
  • Particulate attenuation coefficient (cpd)
  • Particulate backscattering coefficient (bbp)
  • Aerosol optical thickness (AOT)
  • Downwelling irradiance (Es) from HyperOCR

Data are provided in either Excel or CSV file, “NA” or “nan” indicates no data available.
