Phylica buxifolia Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 195. 1753.

Lectotype (Wijnands, Bot. Commelins: 181. 1983): Herb. Linn. No. 263.10 (LINN).

Current name: Phylica buxifolia L. (Rhamnaceae).
