Lectotype (Krendl in Ann. Naturhist. Mus. Wien 104B: 609. 2003): Herb. Linn. No. 129.20 (LINN). - Epitype (Krendl in Ann. Naturhist. Mus. Wien 104B: 609. 2003): Austria. Niederösterreich, Waldviertel, W Pulkau, Pulkhaul-N. oberhalb der Hammerschmeide, bei der Einmünding des Passendorfer Baches, ca. 340m, 2n=44, 20 May 1994. F. Krendl 30112 (W).
Current name: Galium glaucum L. (Rubiaceae).
